I highly recommend Lisa Byrne.  As sellers in a highly volatile market, we selected Lisa Byrne over several other Realtors because we were highly impressed with her professionalism, the innovative marketing programs she proposed for the sale of our home, and her outstanding track record.  She did not disappoint. Lisa was incredibly focused, personable, consultative, and persistent at every turn. She dealt with every issue that surfaced, including navigating through city inspection/permit issues, an appraisal error, and a very demanding buyer. Lisa was calm, cool and collected throughout the tough transaction and always came through with several solutions for each challenging situation.  We closed our sale on 3/1/11, and could not have done it without her!
