When we considered moving out of state after 20 years in the same house, we were uncertain about how we could sell our Batavia house in this very challenging market.  Lisa Byrne made the whole process work for us, with her clear explanations of the market conditions, realistic recommended pricing, ideas for staging of the house, professional photography and comprehensive marketing plan.  Once the house hit the market, she never failed to keep us informed of what was going on, always getting back to us with feedback from potential buyers and their agents as soon as possible. Throughout the process, Lisa always worked with us as a team, listening to our input and giving us great advice and encouragement.
