She dealt with every issue that surfaced, including navigating through city inspection/permit issues, an appraisal error, and a very demanding buyer. Lisa was calm, cool and collected throughout the tough transaction and always came through with several solutions for each challenging situation.  We closed our sale on 3/1/11, and could not have done it without her!
