“I have worked with Lisa Byrne in both buying a home and selling a home.  I am also working with her now to buy a condo.  On the purchase side she knew the market and where to find the homes that I would like.  It was uncanny how much we were in agreement on how suitable each home would be for me.  She learned my tastes and helped me to find them.   On the selling side she stepped up to the plate and made suggestions that helped my home sell in eight days… and in a poor market!!  She was helpful in finding contractors to meet the requirements for the sale and in expediting the closing.  There was not a question for which she couldn’t find an answer.  Lisa has a bright personality, is a pleasure with whom to work and very knowledgeable about the real estate market.   I love to work with her.”         -Michelle Schultz
