Though selling our home took longer than we had expected, our Agent Lisa Byrne was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, her number one strength is her responsiveness. We had neighbors also selling their houses and we would sometimes hear complaints of them not being able to reach and/or hear back from their Agent, we never, ever experienced that with Lisa.

Was surprised after closing she emailed the individual that referred her to that the closing went well with a cc to me. Would have expected that she would have communicated to me alone as the legal representative of the estate and certainly not inform me as a cc in an email to others. Shocked about this actually.
