When I bought my townhome 5 years ago, Lisa was the selling agent. Even though she was on the other side of the table, I was impressed at her negotiation style. She represented the seller well, was a tough negotiator, but through the process, was focused on getting a deal done that was fair to both seller and buyer. 5 years later, when it was time for me to sell, I knew I wanted Lisa to represent me. What I did not know, was just how amazing she was. Her attention to detail, her energy and willingness to help me with anything including lining me up with movers, stagers, painters, carpets, etc., was beyond anything I had ever experienced from any other real estate agent. She was with me every step of the way, and willing to go above and beyond through the entire process. She was an ally through the negotiation process, but offered fair and sound advice throughout, which led to a quick negotiation at a price that I was very happy with. If I ever have a need to buy or sell a home in the area, Lisa Byrne will be my agent! She more than earned her commission.
