Lisa Byrne could not have been any better. I was an out of state seller and Lisa made it all possible. She arranged all of the repairs, inspections, etc for me. She is an excellent communicator and great negotiator. She takes care of ALL the details, both major and minor. On top of all that, she is a super nice person. I can highly recommend Lisa and have never had another realtor in her league.

She was a referral from another Baird & Warner office. We told the person that we wanted the best in Naperville/Aurora - Lisa was referred to us and she did NOT let us down. Sold in 31 days .. .. excellent marketing and follow up .. . .I am convinced that is what sold our house. She told us what she was going to do and she did it . .. and did it well. .. .Nice job Lisa!!

Lisa helped us purchase our first house, and three years (and a 2 year old) later, she helped us sell the same house so we could upsize. She helped us get our home ready for pictures and walk-throughs, took the time to tour several properties with us on weekends, and was always available on her cell phone. She was a refreshing change from the typical realtor experience, and we will be looking to her for any and all future moves.

The first time I met with Lisa I knew she was the right agent to work with. Lisa has a very outgoing personality and she is so upbeat. We clicked instantly. She knew that I had never sold a house before and she knew it was an emotional sale. Lisa explained the process to me and guided me through it, both the technical part of the sale as well as understanding my emotional connection. Lisa is the utmost professional, operating at a very high standard. She handled things very timely, always quick to return calls and respond to texts and emails. I purchased a house in another city, so, Lisa could not represent me. Through the buying process I thought many, many times how much I wish I was working with Lisa. I know things would have gone much smoother and that it would been a much more positive experience. Lisa and I made a great team.. I highly recommend her and am so thankful for her guidance, expertise and friendship through a difficult time in my life.
