Lisa worked with us during our 2+ year long search for our dream home. It took a lot of planning and staying on top of our changing parameters but she took it on cheerfully!  There were a couple of times where we made an offer and couldn't go forward.  She handled those tricky situations too.  After we found the home we love it took a lot of negotiating and tracking to make the home move from an offer to a closed deal.  In this transaction she handled scenarios that would challenge any buyer's agent and continued to keep our hopes up.  Well the deal went through but our story did not end there.  We needed to sell our old home and we turned to her again.  This time the process was completed in under 3 months with 10 showings during the slow winter season and a quick offer.  And now Lisa is helping several of our friends buy or sell homes!     -Rekha Narayan

When we considered moving out of state after 20 years in the same house, we were uncertain about how we could sell our Batavia house in this very challenging market.  Lisa Byrne made the whole process work for us, with her clear explanations of the market conditions, realistic recommended pricing, ideas for staging of the house, professional photography and comprehensive marketing plan.  Once the house hit the market, she never failed to keep us informed of what was going on, always getting back to us with feedback from potential buyers and their agents as soon as possible.
