I met Brady Byrne at an open house in September, 2023. I was in the area visiting my son and contemplating a future move, I was visiting open houses to get a feel for what area I might be interested in relocating to. Brady struck me as very professional in his knowledge and willingness to work with my family. Brady maintained contact with me even though I had a house in Texas to sell. I sold my home in two days on the market and under the request of a quick close. I immediately contacted Brady and planned a trip to Illinois. Brady was accommodating to my schedule and worked long hours over the few days I had to find a home. He was never pushy and dedicated himself to finding the property I needed in a very competitive market. I cannot say enough about this young man and his patience with me, It was a pleasure to work with Brady and his company. I would highly recommend Brady to anyone in the market for a new property.

We happened to meet Brady and Lisa during an open-house of one of their listings. First-time home buyers, we showed up there, actively looking, but without an agent or even being pre-approved. We asked them what we needed in order to make an offer for the house - thinking that an email with a dollar amount was all we needed to start the process. Retrospectively, the fact that they did not laugh at our faces then, but instead helped us and walked us through the house-hunting process as if our budget was +$1M tells you everything you need to know about them. Since then, after a couple of months of working together, and a handful of unsuccessful bids, we finally found the right place for us. During the whole time, Brady was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable to a point that, at times, made us feel "guilty". We would 100% recommend working with the Byrne team.

Brady was an exceptional agent to work with. He's personable, reliable, and was truly out for our best interest. Brady wasn't about closing the deal but finding the best home for us no matter how long that took (in our case it was as about a year).
